Pre-Sale Ticket Privileges:
-Special pre-sale privileges for Friends of TPAC prior to other pre-sales and general on-sale. When available.
Recognition in Season Program:
-Your name will be displayed as a supporter in the season programs distributed at all season performances.
Free Ticket Exchange Privileges:
-Exchange your tickets for different seats within the same price level or higher of the same performance or exchange them for another season performance for seats valued at equal or lesser value for no additional fees.
Box Office Phone Privileges:
-Call the box office for season performance tickets that are on-sale. Pre-sale purchases are only available online. No convenience charges apply for purchasing through the box office. 785-234-2787 x104 or 785-234-2787 x100.
Priority Seats:
-Preference will be made when selecting seats for season performances.
Two guest passes to VIP Donor Room:
-Two guest passes to the VIP donor room for one season performance. Please notify the box office when purchasing tickets which season performance you would like to utilize these for.
Monitored Reserved Parking:
-Parking in the Capitol Federal parking garage (located on the west side of the building directly across the street from the awning). Parking spaces reserved on the lower level. To be eligible for reserved space, tickets must be purchased in person at the box office or using the box office phone privileges.
Seat Holds for Season Performances:
-Select seats to be held just for you for all season performances. We cannot guarantee your seats will be available during other performances held at TPAC during the year.
VIP Donor Room Access:
-VIP donor room access for all season performances and select add-on performances. Located in the Fleming Room in the northeast hallway. The room is monitored during performances. You may leave your coats in the room to be retrieved after the performance is over. Enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks. The room is open one hour prior to the performance and during intermission. Drinks and snacks will be removed after intermission.
Two Tasting Grape Escape Tickets:
-Two Tasting tickets to the 2017 Grape Escape event. Enjoy food from local vendors and various types of wine and beer. Contains silent and live auctions, live entertainment and games.
Invitation to One Meet & Greet:
-Meet & greet is based on artist availability. Ticket purchase to the performance will be required. Meet & greets will be scheduled no later than two weeks prior to the performance.
Two VIP Grape Escape Tickets:
-Two VIP Grape Escape tickets include all that comes with the Tasting ticket (listed above) and includes an exclusive VIP dinner to the 2017 Grape Escape.
Free Meeting Room Rental:
-Utilize one of the various meeting rooms available for up to 400 people. Rooms available are the Fleming Room, Anton Room, Sheffel Room, Hill’s Festival Hall and the Hussey Playhouse. Additional charges may apply. Complete the form located at www.topekaperformingarts.org/event-space to receive further details and availability.
Private Reception:
-Host a private reception before or after any performance at TPAC. Scheduling based on room availability. Includes up to $250 toward hospitality services.
