To be exempt from sales tax, we must receive a copy of your school’s tax exempt certificate.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is due with the reservation for schools not qualifying for subsidy. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the performance. Orders not paid in full by that date will be released for sale. If you are unable to fulfill your initial order please contact the box office at TPAC. We request one form of payment for each group order.
Sponsorships for transportation and tickets are available for those who qualify. Please indicate on the form your needs.
Classroom Study guides are available upon request for select shows to schools attending a show. You can use them to make Schooltime Theater a complete learning experience.
When you make reservations, you will receive a confirmation contract. Changes in number attending must be verified over the phone or by email prior to the show date on a space available basis. Please read your entire contract.
Seat locations are at TPAC’s sole discretion and are based on the date your deposit is received. Seating arrangements are subject to change as required by the show. There are no refunds on unused seats. If for any reason the performance is not presented, and TPAC and your school are not able to agree on a different performance, TPAC will refund your money. Tickets purchased the morning of the show are general admission seating.
For patrons with disabilities, accessible restrooms, public telephones, drinking fountains and seating are located on the main level. If accessible seating is required, please inform us when you purchase your tickets.
The approximate show length is 1-1 1/2 hours for each performance.
