Disabled/Wheelchair SeatingThe main floor of the theater is accessible using ADA guidelines. Seats are available in various price levels. Contact the box office for questions regarding these seats. Disabled/wheelchair seating is available for purchase at the box office, online and via phone (800-745-3000).
Lost or Stolen Tickets: Tickets that are either lost or stolen are the ticket holder's responsibility and cannot be refunded. Tickets can be reprinted as long as the following applies: the purchaser must be present at the box office with a valid ID matching the purchasing account name along with the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Third-Party Tickets: Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent for Topeka Performing Arts Center. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market, you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets. If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of TicketExchange. TicketExchange is Ticketmaster's online service that enables premium fan-to-fan transactions.
