Chris Hazelton and the DeVan University ALL STARS

October 3, will feature a tribute to KC organist, Everette DeVan, who passed away earlier this year. Chris will be bringing is own B3 organ and be accompanied by Matt Hopper, guitar, Matt Carrillo, tenor sax, Danny Rojas, drums, and vocalist, Eboni Fondren, who all see DeVan as their “musical papa.”

We’d love to have you join us for this lovely tribute to a great man.

VENUE INFORMATION:

Doors to TPAC and Hill’s Festival Hall will open at 2pm with the concert kicking off at 3pm. Please enter the west door of TPAC under the canopy on Quincy St. David Basse will also be on hand to emcee this concert.

Admission to this concert is by season membership, $75 plus tax, and includes all three remaining concerts of our Fall 2021 season. Covid-19 and Your Safety

COVID-19 ALERT:

The Topeka Performing Arts Center has taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect you and our team. However, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and waive any claims against the venue and the event organizer relating to such risks, hazards and dangers. The venue disclaims any and all liability related thereto.

In accordance with the guidance and recommendations set forth by the CDC and local health officials, we respectfully request that the following guests not attend the event:

  • Guests who are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough and shortness of breath);
  • Guests who have been diagnosed with, or believe to have contracted, COVID-19, unless you have had no fever for 72 hours (without use of medicine) and 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared;
  • Guests who have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days; and
  • Guests who have traveled internationally in the past 14 days.

*Masks are highly recommended for individuals not fully vaccinated.

*All patrons are asked to respect social distancing (6 feet or more) whenever possible.

*All patrons are asked to minimize gathering in large social clusters whenever possible.

Wash hands frequently and apply hand sanitizer when available.
