Conceived, choreographed, and directed by Michael Bennett, the show features a book by James Kirkwood and Nicholas Dante, music by Marvin Hamlisch, and lyrics by Edward Kleban. The original production was conceived beginning in January 1974, opened at The Public Theater’s Newman Theatre May 21, 1975 before it transferred to its Broadway home. A Chorus Line won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, nine Tony Awards (including Best Musical, Score, and Book), and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award. The Public Assembly Facility and Live Entertainment Industries have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect you and our team. However, an inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending one of our events, you assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree to the current terms of use. You assume all risks, hazards and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness. - including without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted - and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against The Topeka Performing Arts Center, The City of Topeka, The TPAC Board of Trustees, VenuWorks and the Event Organizer for the event and against any companies affiliated with the aforementioned companies relating to such risks, hazards and dangers.

In accordance with the guidance and recommendations set forth by the CDC and local health officials, we respectfully request that the following guests not attend events at TPAC:

-Guests who are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough and shortness of breath);

-Guests who have been diagnosed with, or believe to have contracted, COVID-19, unless you have had no fever for 72 hours (without use of medicine) and 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared;

-Guests who have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days; and

-Guests who have traveled internationally in the past 14 days.

*All patrons entering the venue for an event will be required to wear a facial covering or mask and keep it on at all times while in the venue. This policy will be in place until further notice.

*All patrons are asked to respect social distancing (6 feet or more) whenever possible.

*All patrons are asked to minimize gathering in large social clusters when not seated in your designated seating area.
